摘要(Abstract)：

目的:描述我国2002年至2015年5岁及以上人群自杀率的变化规律,以及现阶段我国自杀率的人群和地区分布特点,为制定自杀预防策略提供科学依据。方法:2002年至2015年自杀率数据来自国家卫生和计划生育委员会发布的《中国卫生统计年鉴》。采用Poisson回归模型对2002年至2015年总体自杀率,以及城乡、性别、年龄别专率的下降趋势进行检验。以2012年至2015年我国自杀率的平均水平来反映我国自杀率的现况。结果:2002年以来,我国城市人群、农村人群、男性以及女性人群的自杀率均呈现下降趋势,其中,城市居民的自杀率下降幅度高于农村居民,而女性自杀率的下降幅度高于男性。农村和城市的育龄妇女自杀率呈明显下降趋势,近年来均已低于同年龄同地区男性的自杀率。85岁及以上的农村高龄老人和农村青年男性以及各年自杀率的平均年变化率无统计学意义。2012年至2015年的平均年自杀率为6.75/100 000,农村高于城市,男性高于女性,老年人群高于年轻人群。结论:2002年至2015年我国自杀率呈现下降趋势,未来仍应当继续开展自杀预防,其中重点关注地区为农村,重点干预人群为老年人群及青年男性。
