摘要(Abstract)：

目的在社区老年人群中测试社区痴呆筛查(CSID)知情人问卷,评估其作为识别痴呆方法的实用性及相关因素,并调查研究人群中可疑痴呆的检出率。方法以“10/66”项目所调查的北京城乡2267名65岁及其以上老人为测试对象,“10/66”计算机诊断系统和临床诊断为金标准,计算CSID知情人问卷做为试测工具的效度。结果CSID知情人问卷总分的分半信度为0.85,两因子间Cronbachα系数>0.8;以6分为分界值,其灵敏度为86.2%,特异度为93.2%,人群中可疑痴呆的检出率为9.1%。Logistic回归分析显示配偶(OR=1.770,P=0.042)和居住在城市的知情人(OR=2.039,P=0.018)提供的信息与阳性痴呆诊断相关。结论CSID知情人问卷作为痴呆筛查工具经在社区老人中应用效度良好,配偶提供的信息能准确反映老人认知功能变化。
