6~18岁孤独症患者的静息态脑功能连接强度的功能磁共振成像研究Functional magnetic resonance imaging study on functional connectivity strength of brain in resting-state in patients with autism aged 6-18 years old

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨6~18岁孤独症患者静息态脑功能连接的异常及其与孤独症症状的相关性。方法:纳入22例6~18岁符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版孤独症诊断标准的患者,以及年龄、性别、智商、头动参数匹配的19例正常对照,采集静息态功能磁共振成像的数据,以功能连接强度(FCS)作为测量指标,计算全脑FCS值、局部FCS值及远程FCS值。采用孤独症诊断访谈量表-修订版(ADIR)评定孤独症核心症状;采用偏相关分析方法分析差异脑区FCS值与ADI-R分值的相关性。结果:孤独症组的左颞下回及左梭状回局部FCS值高于正常对照(校正后P <0. 05);孤独症组的左颞下回及左梭状回局部FCS值与ADI-R中刻板、局限、重复的兴趣与行为项目评分呈正相关(r=0. 69 P <0. 05)。结论:6~18岁孤独症患者存在左颞下回及左梭状回局部功能连接异常,上述脑区异常可能参与孤独症的病理机制,与孤独症患者的局限兴趣及刻板重复行为相关。
