摘要(Abstract)：

目的:调查医学生中自伤行为的现状,探讨其与手机依赖和抑郁症状的关联性。方法:在某医科大学选取2376名大一至大三年级学生作为研究对象,通过询问调查条目"最近一年是否做过以下8种故意伤害自己的行为"来评定自伤行为,使用青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷(SQAPMPU)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对大学生手机依赖行为和抑郁症状进行评估。结果:医学生自伤行为的检出率为12.9%(307/2376)。有手机依赖行为和抑郁症状的医学生中,自伤行为的检出率(17.9%vs.11.0%;21.1%vs.11.0%)更高(P<0.001);医学生手机依赖(OR=1.74)、抑郁症状(OR=2.05)均与自伤行为呈正向关联,并对自伤行为存在相乘交互作用(OR=2.31),但不存在相加交互作用[RERI=0.33(95%CI:-2.17².83)、AP=0.12(95%CI:-0.702.83)、AP=0.12(95%CI:-0.70⁰.94)及Index S=1.22(95%CI:0.280.94)及Index S=1.22(95%CI:0.28⁵.38)]。结论:自伤行为在医学生中的发生率较高;手机依赖和抑郁症状与自伤行为正向关联,并对自伤行为存在相乘交互作用。
