摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探究反社会型人格障碍男性服刑人员心理推理能力及共情的特点。方法:采用人格障碍诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)从257名男性服刑人员中筛查出反社会型人格障碍者73人、无人格障碍者69人。将两组被试与43名健康个体进行小明心理推理能力任务(Yoni Task)及人际反应指标量表(IRI)得分的对比。结果:反社会型人格障碍组及无人格障碍组在两种水平(一阶水平、二阶水平)及两种条件(情感条件、认知条件)下的心理推理能力均低于健康对照组(均P<0.05)。反社会型人格障碍组的IRI个人痛苦、幻想得分高于无人格障碍组,而共情关注、观点采择得分低于无人格障碍组和健康对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示,反社会型人格障碍男性服刑人员可能存在心理推理能力与共情能力的缺损。
